Direct Mailer.

Brief

Create a direct mailer to promote an artist.

Concept

This direct mailer was designed to promote an environmental event organized by the South African singer, Jeremy Loops. The packaging, in wood, was engraved with the logo of the singer. Inside of the box is a notebook for people to write down their inspirations while at the event, an invitation made of a woody textured paper, a card to accept or decline the invitation, a tiny handmade tree and a feather. The feather being the detail that Jeremy Loops always adds to his outfit.

A clean day begins in the forest long before we’ve opened our eyes.
The moisture from the evening’s cool softly trickles through the rustic branches, and slowly makes its way to the eagerly awaiting soil of the earth.
Nourishing, nurturing; like only the forest knows how.
The birds from near and from far begin to make lively sound, and the light morning wind brushes past the leaves, enough to sway them just gently – waking, and creating a wonderful sense of being.
The trees are fresh and ready for the promise of a new start: a time to cleanse, to renew, to revive and to rejuvenate, make whole.
Such is the life of the forest.
